Mood:  irritated
I just got out of the dentist's office 15 minutes ago. I had to get two fillings (I think). My right cheek and half my tounge are so numb.
My sister Kristen cancelled on me, again, Saturday night. I was supposed to go down to her place to hang out after work. But an hour before I get off she calls me and says she just woke up - at three o'clock in the afternoon. Every-other time we make plans to do something together she blows me off. I think from now on I'll make sure I have something else to do in case she repeats herself...which is highly likely.
I've gotta get back over to my apartment in Mansfield to clean the rest of it by tomarrow. I sure hope I can get my deposit back. Five hundred dollars would be really nice.

Not far enough...
Mood:  not sure
It seems forever since I posted anything here. I'd like to do it more often.
I'm living in Bucyrus again. I moved back over here in the middle of July. I worked at IB TECH for a few weeks but it was really getting to me. Altough I was making great money I didn't enjoy my job the least bit. So now I'm back working at Pizza Hut here in town. The money isn't what I'd like it to be but I do have fun most of the time.
I'll be 21 next month. Finally. My birthday's the 20th - a Monday. I'm gonna wait until the weekend after my birthday to celebrate. I'd like to have as many people as possible come and party with me. Friday night I'll go out and hit some bars with a couple of friends. Saturday night will be the big party. I wanna have a huge cook-out somewhere in or close to Bucyrus. If everything goes smoothly it'll be one helluva shindig.

Winter takes it's toll
Wow! I can't believe how long it's been since I made an entry! Well, I've been working a lot more lately. Plus...I wish I could say I've been doing keeping busy with something other than work - like defending the galaxy from evil, mutated giraffes or something - but I can't. Oh well, at least I'm making more money.
I'll be getting the internet connection hooked back up at my apartment by the end of the month. I'm gonna get a computer of my own, too. That way I can keep my website up-to-date and rejoin my friends online playing video games. It's gonna be sweet!

Bumps and bruises
I hadn't realized how long it's been since I'd posted last. Well, here's a recap of what's been happening...
I switched to the Freddy & Jason paintball tent outside the prison a couple of weekends ago. It'd be a whole helluva lot different if I could shoot back but what're ya gonna do. I've got so many bruises from being pelted with paintballs. The good thing is that this coming weekend I'll be back inside the prison scaring the crap out of people. At least I won't be taking any more shots to the head.
Work at the hotel is pretty much the same as ever. I was told to lock the lobby doors from now on (which I do) since my manager is worried about robberies. The thing that's really stupid is that there's just enough space between the sliding lobby doors when they're closed to pull them open from the outside! So how the hell is locking them supposed to do any good?!
Anyway, other than that, everything's basically the same. Except that Mom has got me on a budget now. I promised I'd stick to it. I really want to get the internet back at my apartment. I miss playing video games with my online friends.

Reformatory
Well, I'm back at my regular job right now. It feels like it's been longer than four days since I've been here. Maybe it's just that, oh I don't know, working in a haunted house FREAKIN' ROCKS!!! I mean, sure, the reformatory can be spooky at night (especially when you're in the pitch black). But I have to say that my first weekend was pretty awsome. I met some cool people (and a couple I wish I'd never met). And scaring the crap out of people is wicked fun! I'm still kinda sore from workin' it but it'll get easier. I can't wait to do it again next weekend!

P.S. I'll try to get some pictures posted on my site of myself at the reformatory. I'd like to get a close-up of my face (I do all my own make-up).

James Woods IS HERE!!!
As I am typing this right now James Woods is in the hotel! I am not lying. When I came into work tonight Kristen told me that she'd checked him in. I kept doubting her until she called his room. He didn't answer so she hung up once it went through to his voice mail. Then about six seconds later he called down to the front desk asking if I knew who had called his room. I said no, of course, but I could hardely contain myself. I had told Kristen that once I heard his voice I'd know if it was him or not. Well, it's him! I'm going to try and get his autograph and maybe his picture when he leaves (if he comes down through the lobby). I've always wondered why people get so excited when they meet celebrities and I still don't (but I am excited). I'll post again in the morning if I see and/or talk to him.

A few things to catch up on
I'd hoped to get a chance to post a new entry before today but I can't believe how busy I've been. Here's some things that have been going on lately...
First, I got a job as an actor (did you know I'm trying to become a successful actor? - this is a step in the general direction) in the Haunted Reformatory here in Mansfield. It's like a haunted house only bigger 'cause it's done in an old prison. It's gonna be sweet! I can't wait! The only dress rehearsal we have is on the night before opening night which is Friday, Oct. 3rd. It'll be open untill Nov. 2nd. The hours are: Thurs. 7-10, Fri. 7-11, Sat. 7-12, and Sun. 7-10. I'll have to check but I'm pretty sure those are right. Anyway, it's an easy job that pays ok.
Second, my mom and sisters threw me a suprise birthday party last Saturday. Boy, was I suprised! It was cool that they did something like that for me. Not much else to say but...thanks, you guys. I had fun.
And third...aw crudmonkeys I lost my train of thought. Man, I hate when this happens. Uuuuuhhhh. Well I guess I could tell you that I'm gonna be working for the next six straight nights at the hotel. The other night person is taking a vacation which is fine by me. Do you know why? Ah come on! If you don't know you need a serious brain scan or something. MORE MONEY! I hate to sound greedy but I could really use the extra cash right now.

I'm in a good mood - so don't piss me off!
Mom brought the recliner over yesterday morning. After I moved it into position (probably temporary) I sat down and relaxed. OH MAN DID IT FEEL GOOD!!! I'm so happy *sobbing lightly as a tear is wiped away* I could plotz! I sat in it and played video games for a little while before going to bed. After I got up, went to the store, and went to the library I lounged in it 'till I fell asleep. Then I had to get ready for work. I was so sad. But it's 6:00am now and I'll be home in an hour and a half or so. That's when I'll plop my butt down in my recliner like nobody's business!

COSI
I wanted to write about going down to COSI in Columbus this past Friday (the 12th.) It was cool and all but I was a little disappointed. I thought they would have more since they built a brand new building. It was still fun for the most part, though. I went with my dad and my sister, Melanie, and her daughter, Annie. I knew it was a bad idea to take a two year old to a place like that. You've gotta wait 'till kids are at least, like, four so they can actually enjoy it. Most of the day was spent trying to please Annie. We'd go into an area that was dimly lit and she would start to cry 'cause she was scared. The same thing happened when we were in the "Extreme Screen" theatre for a movie. After a couple of hours of walking she got tired and hungry (as kids often do.) She would repeatedly say (at ever increasing volumes): "Annie drink!", "Annie eat!", "Annie drink!" I love my niece to death but she can really be annoying when she's fussy. After COSI we all walked to the mall and ate at Max & Erma's. Again, Annie couldn't stand to wait for her food and felt the need to announce that fact to us every three seconds (getting louder every time - just as before.) She calmed down once we were on our way back to the car to come home. Sorry, Annie, but you can really get on people's nerves sometimes.

A good day
I went over to my Mom's for a visit today. She was on the phone with my sister, Kristen, when I walked in. As usual, as soon as she came around the corner to greet me, she didn't notice my new glasses but immediately check to see if I was letting any facial fair grow out (which I am.) Aw man, that reminds me: I was gonna use Mom's scanner to post a recent picture or two on my site. Damn my terrible memory.
Anyway, I went shopping with her after I got there. She wanted to stop at Goodwill to look for a fall jacket for my niece, Annie. While Mom was doing that I headed to the back of the store to look at furniture. I've been wanting a rocker/recliner ever since I moved into my apartment (last September.) The only thing I have to sit on in my living room is my futon. I got it for $100 at Wal-Mart last year and it was a major mistake. The cushion squashed flat in no time and now it hurts when you sit on it.
Back to the Goodwill furniture...Normally chairs and couches at Goodwill have hideous stains, odors, or sharp things sticking out of them. Sometimes all of the above! But today was the exception. There was a rocker/recliner in pretty decent shape just sitting there - calling out to me. And it was priced under $17!!! Long story short: Mom bought the recliner for me. We loaded it in her van where it will stay until she has a chance to bring it over to my place - possibly by Tuesday! I'm so happy I could hurl!
